Brett Fisher

PT

Brett Fischer, a pediatric physical therapist since 1997, is owner of 321go Kids, an east-central Indiana pediatric outpatient clinic dedicated to family centered episodic therapy for children, where every child is seen 2-3x/week for a package of therapy and then takes a family-phase break to foster healthy family dynamics.  Through this innovative model, 321go Kids helps parents build confidence to help their children develop new skills and better outcomes in a family friendly environment.

Beyond 321go Kids, Brett is a co-founder of Voice for Indiana Kids, a coalition of private pediatric clinic leaders working collaboratively—and independently—from national organizations such as APTA, ASHA, and AOTA. This initiative advocates for high-quality pediatric care while addressing systemic barriers impacting therapy services.

Brett is also the Founder and CEO of Victory Lane Camp (VLC) and has dedicated his career to supporting families raising children with disabilities. Brett recognized that families needed more than therapy; they needed community, support, and hope. This led him to create VLC in 2013, a transformative program that fosters connection, resilience, and joy through camps, year-round programs, and community engagement. Under his leadership, VLC has helped families strengthen relationships, navigate challenges, and build lifelong support networks.

Through his leadership, advocacy, and commitment, Brett continues to create stronger communities where children and families thrive.
