Pam Marshall
In 2013, Pam had a wonderful opportunity to launch her own private practice in Kentucky. Based on her clinical experience and her instinctive “mother’s heart”, she created her practice from the desire to love and care for children. Caring for children means also caring for the mom’s, the dad’s and others in the caregiving role. Marshall Pediatric Therapy has grown to 4 clinic locations and a team of over 125 people who share a common mission of “helping families build skills for life. It’s truly a great joy to lead this team of professionals who make a big impact in the lives of children while having fun in the journey.
Pam values being a lifelong learner. Advocating for children in healthcare policy/reimbursement is a passion and very necessary for our therapy profession. Pam enjoys the challenge of “winning” at the game of insurance and policies that support all children receiving the services they need. Pam and her husband, Jim, love the beach, enjoy sailing, watching high school and college football and find it rewarding to invest in colle students. They very much enjoyed the teamwork and adventure of raising 5 children and love spending time with each of them.
