ABOUT DIANE CRECELIUS, PT

Diane Crecelius started her practice the hard way—out of the trunk of her car, driving from house to house for home health visits. It was just her, her therapy bag, and a dashboard covered in parking tickets. After the third ticket in one month, her dad sat her down and said, “Enough. Open a real clinic.”

So, she did. But once the space was ready, she had a new problem: Where were the patients? That’s when she connected with a training and consulting company that had been helping practice owners like her for decades. She jumped in, learned the systems, and got to work.

Over the years, Diane dealt with every challenge you can imagine—overwhelm, hiring, firing, insurance headaches, you name it. But she kept going.
