A word I have heard thrown around a lot this beginning of the New Year…”Alignment”- when what you’re building matches why you started. But cut to January 2026 and there are “things” getting in the way of that…Diminishing reimbursements, costs, hiring issues, payroll, etc. Well it’s often times like this that you need to PIVOT!
 
That’s exactly what I did. After years of hosting large Peds- A-Palooza events, I realized something important: the challenges being faced now are more nuanced, more regional and best solved owner-to-owner-in smaller rooms where you can find your fellow “Peds-In-A-Pod.”
 
This is exactly how the Pop-Up-Palooza was born and we are coming to YOU! This is a closed door, owner-only experience designed to bring the same aspects you know and love (or may have heard about!) but in an exclusive, 50 seat, local “mini” version…but trust me it’s mighty.
 
We are bringing the Palooza energy directly to you, focused on solving owner problems, sharing real resources, and spotlighting the actions that are already working for others in your state or region.
 
Seats are intentionally limited as we wanted a relaxed and inviting yet elevated experience where all you have to do is show up. No kidding! Breakfast and lunch are included at the site so time isn’t lost searching for breakfast sandwiches and burrito bowls. 
 
Whether you need to solve your biggest problem, share your successes, need a little inspiration or  just need a break from “private practice island” this is where the solutions begin and the conversation continues,
