Kaleigh McKnight is a dual certified CCC-SLP and BCBA, a rarity in pediatric therapists. Kaleigh earned her master’s degrees in Speech Language Pathology and Special Education from Portland State University. 

Kaleigh has practiced pediatrics since graduating, starting her clinical practice in Oregon and Washington state. Kaleigh is committed to the multidisciplinary model for habilitative services and was excited to join the MetroEHS team after moving to Michigan in 2024. 

While working as a therapist, Kaleigh developed an interest in leadership and practice management and has been in clinical leadership since 2018.
