2. Event Registration

Registration for Peds-A-Palooza conferences, workshops, webinars, and other events is subject to availability.

Your registration is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, payment issues, or violations of these Terms.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

By submitting payment, you authorize Peds-A-Palooza, Inc. to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, price changes will not affect completed registrations.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the registration page:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Registrations may not be transferred without prior written approval from Peds-A-Palooza.

  • If an event is canceled by Peds-A-Palooza, attendees may receive a refund, event credit, or the opportunity to transfer their registration, at our sole discretion.

  • We are not responsible for airfare, hotel costs, travel expenses, lost wages, or any other incidental expenses related to event attendance.

Specific events may have separate cancellation policies posted during registration. Those policies control if they differ from these Terms.

5. Event Changes

Peds-A-Palooza strives to provide the programs, speakers, and experiences described on our Website; however, circumstances may require changes.

We reserve the right to modify or substitute, without prior notice:

  • Event dates

  • Times

  • Locations

  • Speakers or presenters

  • Session topics or educational content

  • Event schedule

  • Continuing education offerings or credit availability

  • Sponsors or exhibitors

  • Event format, including changing between in-person, virtual, or hybrid

Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund unless otherwise required by law.

6. Attendee Conduct

To help create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment, attendees agree to:

  • Treat speakers, staff, sponsors, exhibitors, and fellow attendees respectfully.

  • Follow all venue rules and safety requirements.

Peds-A-Palooza reserves the right to deny admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe without refund.

7. Photography and Media Release

By attending a Peds-A-Palooza event, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, livestreams, and other media may be captured during the event.

Unless prohibited by law, you grant Peds-A-Palooza, Inc. permission to use your likeness, image, voice, or appearance for educational, promotional, marketing, archival, and social media purposes without additional compensation.

If you have concerns regarding photography, please notify event staff before the event.

8. Recording Policy

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Peds-A-Palooza, attendees may not:

  • Record presentations, workshops, or educational sessions.

  • Livestream any portion of an event.

  • Photograph presentation slides or educational materials when prohibited by the presenter.

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share event materials beyond their personal use.

These restrictions help protect the intellectual property of our speakers and presenters. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the event without refund and may subject the attendee to additional legal remedies.

9. Intellectual Property

All Website content, event materials, presentations, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, documents, downloads, recordings, and educational materials are owned by or licensed to Peds-A-Palooza, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
