Amanda Schafer, M.S., CCC-SLP/L
Regional Discipline Director
With over 14 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Amanda Schafer is passionate about helping individuals of all ages communicate more effectively and confidently. She has had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, from pediatric clinics to adult rehabilitation, and is skilled at addressing a wide range of speech, language, and feeding challenges.
Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and her master’s degree from Chapman University in Orange, California. In addition to her SLP credentials, she is also a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS), which complements her work in feeding and swallowing therapy.
Having supported her own two children through developmental services, Amanda understands firsthand the hopes, challenges, and milestones families experience, complementing her expertise as a therapist.
