Syeda Morshed serves as Revenue Cycle Director at MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy, where she leads revenue cycle operations with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and exceptional service. She is dedicated to building streamlined processes that support clinicians, strengthen operational performance, and ensure families have a seamless experience throughout their care journey.

With more than a decade of progressive healthcare leadership experience, Syeda has led operations across urgent care centers, physician practices, and multi-site healthcare organizations. Her expertise includes revenue cycle management, operational excellence, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and practice optimization. Throughout her career, she has successfully guided organizations through periods of growth and change while improving financial performance and patient satisfaction.

Prior to joining MetroEHS, Syeda held executive leadership roles in healthcare operations and practice management, where she developed high-performing teams, implemented process improvements, and helped organizations achieve sustainable growth. Her collaborative leadership style and passion for continuous improvement make her an integral part of MetroEHS’ commitment to delivering outstanding pediatric therapy services.

Syeda earned her bachelor’s in medicine and surgery and her MBA from Anglia Ruskin University.  She is passionate about creating systems that allow clinicians to focus on what matters most—helping children and families thrive.
