Christina Pagel is a dedicated administrative and sales professional with twenty-five years of experience in operations, leadership and project management. She is a problem solver with a passion for learning and team development. Always looking to streamline processes and make all aspects of business run smoothly, Christina is consistently improving operational efficiency using creative ideas and proven techniques to accomplish goals. Christina is skilled in coaching, leadership, management, employee relations, and employee training. 

Christina completed a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Michigan State University and honed her customer service skills while working in retail for over fifteen years.

Christina is a proud parent to an amazing 9-year-old who is also a client of the MetroEHS Occupational Therapy program. This experience offers Christina a unique perspective when speaking with potential families during the intake process. Other than sales, Christina’s hobbies include baking, cooking, dancing, and giving.
