Kelsey Pugliese, MOT, OTR/L, is an Occupational Therapist and the Clinical Director at More to Say Pediatric Development & Therapy. With seven years of experience at More to Say, Kelsey leads the clinical division across the organization’s three locations, supporting therapists in delivering high-quality, family-centered care while fostering a culture of clinical excellence and collaboration.

Throughout her career, Kelsey has been passionate about mentoring and developing others. She is dedicated to helping clinicians strengthen not only their clinical expertise, but also the leadership skills needed to grow into confident, impactful professionals. Through coaching, education, and collaboration, she strives to empower team members to reach their full potential while creating meaningful outcomes for the children and families they serve.

As a leader, Kelsey is committed to building strong teams, promoting evidence-based practice, and cultivating an environment where clinicians feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow.
